The Hendricks County Clerk’s record has been completed with the Court of Appeals, and this triggers the deadline to file our appellant’s brief. Our deadline is October 22.


We expect David Weekley and perhaps Connection Pointe to engage in this appeal after our brief is filed. We do not anticipate any engagement from the Town of Brownsburg.
