The Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (“APC”) has filed its formal response to the Petition for Judicial Review concerning the approval of the Hawk’s Landing primary plat. May 21 Legal Update
Connection Pointe had a deadline of May 26 to respond to our petition (a 30 day enlargement from the original response deadline). After the Court approved our request to submit the Plan Commission record by July 27, Connection Pointe’s attorney filed a motion to extend their response deadline to July 29. May 18 Legal Update
Two quick updates regarding the legal proceedings: 1.) Contrary to what we expected, Hendricks County has assigned our case to Hendricks Superior Court 1, not the Hendricks Circuit Court.
