April 22 Legal Update

Connection Pointe Christian Church and David Weekley Homes have both retained attorneys and filed their initial appearances.


Like the Town of Brownsburg, both parties have filed for an Automatic Enlargement of Time to file their responses. They are automatically granted this request according to Indiana Rules of Trial procedure.


David Weekley's new deadline to respond is May 25.


Connection Pointe's new deadline is May 26.
