May 21 Legal Update

Connection Pointe had a deadline of May 26 to respond to our petition (a 30 day enlargement from the original response deadline).


After the Court approved our request to submit the Plan Commission record by July 27, Connection Pointe’s attorney filed a motion to extend their response deadline to July 29. Their attorney stated that they wanted time to review the record before filing a response.

The Court granted the extension.


Right now, Brownsburg's response deadline remains May 22.
