May 18 Legal Update

Two quick updates regarding the legal proceedings:

1.) Contrary to what we expected, Hendricks County has assigned our case to Hendricks Superior Court 1, not the Hendricks Circuit Court. This does not substantially change anything other than the judge who will hear the case.

2.) Our attorneys are still working to obtain the official record from the Brownsburg APC. Due to this delay, along with the transcription process required for court proceedings, the Court has granted an additional 60 days to file the record. We now have until July 27, 2026, to submit the required materials to the Court.

In the meantime, our attorneys are working with all counsel on a proposed briefing schedule and are seeking a date for oral arguments from the Court. Once a more concrete timeline is established, we will share that information with you.

We expected this process to extend into the summer, and that continues to be the case.
